Due to immediate digital delivery of proprietary supplier links, wholesale catalogs, WeChat IDs, and training materials, all sales are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the China Direct PRO Masterclass, purchasing access, submitting an application, or utilizing any curriculum materials, spreadsheets, PDF toolkits, or verified factory directories, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase, access, or utilize the platform.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy for Digital Products

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products once access has been granted. Because China Direct PRO provides immediate, unencumbered access to intellectual property, confidential factory contacts, and proprietary supplier links, all enrollment fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.
2.2 Digital Delivery & Waiver of Cooling-Off Period
By submitting your application and completing payment, you expressly agree that digital performance commences immediately upon credential issuance. You explicitly acknowledge and consent that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal, refund, or cooling-off period applicable to digital content under UK, EU, or international consumer regulations.
3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Policy
All course lessons, video guides, PDF toolkits, spreadsheets, supplier databases, and Notion workspace templates provided by China Direct PRO are proprietary intellectual property protected under copyright law.
- You are granted a single-seat, personal, non-exclusive license.
- Strict Anti-Piracy Rule: Sharing logins, leaking supplier contacts, organizing group-buys, publishing directory spreadsheets, or reselling course documents is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate lifetime termination without notice, revocation of access, and full legal prosecution.
4. Educational Scope & Third-Party Sourcing Disclaimer
China Direct PRO is an educational training platform. We teach independent sourcing workflows, warehouse agent protocols, and quality verification methodologies. We do not own, manufacture, store, or sell physical garments on behalf of third-party WeChat or Weidian sellers. Members are solely responsible for conducting due diligence using our provided 45-point QC inspection protocol before authorizing international parcels.
5. Customs, Duties, & Legal Compliance
Students and members are solely responsible for complying with all local customs declarations, import regulations, tax/VAT obligations, and trademark laws within their respective jurisdictions (UK, US, Canada, EU, Australia). China Direct PRO is an independent educational academy and is not affiliated, endorsed, or associated with any luxury or designer brands.
