China Direct PRO collects only the minimal personal data necessary to provide course access, issue private credentials, and deliver customer support:
- Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, and assigned member tier.
- Communication Data: WhatsApp contact details and text correspondence submitted during VIP application or support inquiries.
- Transaction Verification: Transaction IDs and payment confirmation hashes provided by Merchant of Record processors.
2. How Your Data Is Used
We use your data solely for delivering the educational platform:
- Authenticating member access to curriculum modules, toolkits, and supplier databases.
- Transmitting monthly directory updates, newly vetted supplier notices, and security alerts.
- Zero Data Brokerage: We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade student personal information or communication records to any third party.
3. Payment Processing & Security
All payments are handled securely by Tier-1 PCI-DSS compliant Merchant of Record providers including Stripe and PayPal. China Direct PRO never captures, processes, or stores your full credit card number, CVV, or direct bank account credentials.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use minimal local storage tokens exclusively to remember your login session, completed lesson progress, and preferred currency selection (GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD). No third-party ad tracking pixels or intrusive marketing beacons are used.
