Understanding QC Photos (What to Look For)
QC means quality check. Before anything ships, your agent photographs your item at its warehouse. These photos are your safety net.
Compare the photos with the seller's listing. Zoom in on every image. Take your time, as there is no rush to approve. Check the stitching, logos, tags and colour. Seams should be straight and threads clean. Logos should be sharp and centred. Tags should match the listing. Warehouse lighting can change colour, so judge it against several listing photos.
For shoes, check the sole shape and the toe box. Both shoes should match in height and shape. Look for glue marks, uneven stitching and scuffs. For clothing, check that the fabric looks even and the fit matches the size chart.
Not sure, or having a technical issue? Contact your agent's customer service directly through their app or website. You can also request extra photos of tags, stitching or measurements. If something looks wrong, don't approve it. Returns and exchanges are only easy while the item is still in the warehouse. Check how long your agent stores items for free.
Once you approve everything, choose a shipping line. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the line and your country. Sea shipping is cheaper but takes 1 to 2 months. Tracking often doesn't update for a few days. That's normal. Track your parcel on your agent's site or on 17track.net.
In the EU, lines like Tarifless or Triangle are common. In the US, buyers often pick EMS, YunExpress or DHL. For a big order with no rush, sea shipping works. Your agent shows every option and price before you pay.
Always add shipping insurance. It's a small fee that covers lost or seized parcels. Customs holds are uncommon, and with insurance most agents refund or reship. Customs rules vary by country, so follow your local rules.
The biggest risk is scams. Never pay a seller directly on WhatsApp, Telegram or PayPal Friends and Family. Always pay through your agent. Otherwise you can't get your money back. If a seller asks you to move the chat and pay elsewhere, decline immediately and cancel the deal. For any order disputes or delivery issues, contact your agent's customer service directly.
Open your next QC photos and check three details: stitching, logos and tags.
Approve only when every detail matches. Pay only through your agent.
